DOREDU is hiring a Program Coordinator to help launch and run our founding cohorts in Everett, Massachusetts. You will be the operational backbone of program delivery — scheduling, learner support, instructor coordination, and outcome tracking.
This is a ground-floor role for someone who wants to help build a national nonprofit from its first community.
What you'll do
- Coordinate cohort scheduling and logistics
- Support learners through enrollment and completion
- Track attendance and outcomes
- Liaise with instructors and community sites
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in program or community coordination
- Strong organization and people skills
- Multilingual ability a strong plus
