Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Doredu. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Use of the Site

Doredu grants you permission to use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes consistent with our charitable mission. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its data;

Program Applications & Eligibility

Submitting an application, registration, or inquiry for a Doredu program does not guarantee admission, enrollment, placement, or any particular outcome. Programs have limited capacity and may carry eligibility criteria, and we review submissions at our discretion. We may contact you for additional information, place you on a waitlist, or be unable to accommodate your request. Nothing on the Site constitutes a promise of services, employment, immigration outcomes, or financial results.

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Doredu name and marks, page design, and curated materials — are owned by or licensed to DOREDU CORP and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site for commercial use without our prior written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

User Submissions

When you send us information or materials through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant Doredu permission to use your submission as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to operate our programs, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit information that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others. We may decline or remove submissions at our discretion.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” for general informational purposes. While we work to keep information accurate and current, Doredu makes no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site. Content on the Site is not professional, legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOREDU CORP and its directors, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
