Our impact

Measurable progress, built to scale nationally

DOREDU is early — and deliberately transparent about it. Here is what we are building, how we measure it, and the people and partners already moving forward with us.

The national picture

One community today. A national model in the making.

Our footprint today is focused and honest: programs taking root in Everett, Massachusetts, with the people who need them most. But every curriculum, partnership, and measurement system is built to travel — so that as we grow, communities served, states reached, and people trained grow with us.

We'd rather show you a small number we can stand behind than a big one we can't. As the work scales, this is where the full national story will be told — community by community.

Communities served

Starting in Everett, MA — built to replicate.

States reached

Designed as national infrastructure from day one.

People trained

Counted honestly, cohort by cohort.

Voices

The measure of our work is the lives it changes

Behind every metric is a person — a learner, a family, a community moving toward stability and possibility.

I did not just learn English. I learned that I could build a life here. DOREDU believed in me before I believed in myself.

DOREDU does not parachute in. They listen, they show up, and they build with the community. That is why it works.

Transparency & reporting

Accountable by design

As a registered nonprofit, we treat transparency as an obligation — not a marketing choice.

We measure what matters

Every program is designed to be counted — enrollment, completion, and the real-world outcomes that follow. If it can't be measured, we don't claim it.

We report openly

As programs mature, we publish clear impact updates so learners, partners, and donors can see exactly what their support makes possible.

We hold ourselves accountable

Honest numbers over flattering ones. Where we fall short, we say so — and we use what we learn to make the next cohort better.
