Community Empowerment
Community Leadership Institute
A fellowship that develops the next generation of leaders from within the communities DOREDU serves.
Leadership that grows from the community, not above it
The Community Leadership Institute is a selective fellowship that invests in emerging leaders — many of them DOREDU program graduates — with training in organizing, communication, project design, and nonprofit operations. Fellows design and lead a community project with DOREDU's support.
This is how DOREDU scales: by developing leaders who carry the mission into their own neighborhoods.
