Workforce & Vocational Readiness prepares adults for in-demand roles through hands-on training, employer-recognized credentials, and one-on-one career coaching. Participants build a resume, practice interviewing, and connect directly with hiring partners in their region.

We meet people where they are. Whether you are entering the U.S. workforce for the first time or rebuilding a career interrupted by migration, the program adapts to your starting point.
