DOREDU Launches with a National Mission, Beginning in Everett, Massachusetts

Today we are proud to introduce DOREDU, a national nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to affordable, practical, and culturally adapted education for the communities that need it most.

DOREDU begins its work in Everett, Massachusetts, a city whose extraordinary diversity reflects the nation we intend to serve. From this first community, we are building programs — and the infrastructure behind them — to scale responsibly across the country.

Why DOREDU, and why now

Millions of immigrants, refugees, and low-income Americans face overlapping barriers to opportunity: language, digital access, unfamiliar systems, and the simple absence of someone in their corner. DOREDU exists to remove those barriers with education that is practical, respectful, and built around real lives.

What comes next

Over the coming months we will open our first cohorts in workforce readiness, English for daily life, and digital literacy, while developing the partnerships and platform that will let us grow nationally without losing the human touch that makes this work matter.

We invite you to apply, volunteer, partner, or give — and to help write the next chapter with us.
